Bye, bye port!

I have to be at the surgery center tomorrow morning at 6:45 a.m. to get my port taken out. It is going to be done with only a local anesthetic, so I will be wide awake. I'm kind of nervous about that, since it is me that I will see them cutting open. I would rather watch someone else have this done. I don't know, hopefully it won't phase me. The procedure should only take about 15 minutes. I'll update tomorrow.
