Sleeping is not going so great either. I am not usually one to sleep on my back, so that getting old fast. I am achy and really miss being able to sleep on my side or belly.
This morning I was trying to look at my back to check for fluid that may collect since that drain was removed. I'm not sure, but I think there may be some. I was running my finger over it and I thought I saw a bit of a wave like movement in the one spot. A visiting nurse is scheduled to come check on me tomorrow, so I will have her look at it and see what she thinks. It is hard for me to see in the mirror while contorting myself. If it is fluid I will be calling my plastic surgeon as ordered.
I feel for you ... I hated my drains after my mastectomy.
ReplyDeleteI can't imagine one on my back.
